Example PMACS LPC welcome email: your temporary password arrives via Secure Share (secureshare.apps.upenn.edu), then enroll at reset.pmacs.upenn.edu for self-service password resets, and read the LPC and VPN wiki pages.
Hello Emily,
Welcome to the LPC!
Your account has been created, and you should have received an email from Secure Share that contains a temporary password and instructions on changing it. Your username will be your PennKey name ( zhangez ).
If you do not receive an email, you can log into Secure Share directly using your Pennkey credentials.

Also be sure to log into https://reset.pmacs.upenn.edu once you have set up your password via the link in the SecureShare, click on the Enrollment tab, and fill out the forms, to enable self-service resets.
