Implant Coordinator Email & EMU Testing Slots

What this page tells you

On the Monday before a Wednesday sEEG implant, email the ecogresearch listserv with the patient's RID and HUP numbers and testing schedule (no PHI), or note they declined. Standing slots: Friday neurosurgery 9-5 and sleep 6-9pm, Monday CNT 11-1 and Gottfried 1-4, Tuesday neurosurgery 9-5.

Before each sEEG patient implant, the CRC's involved with data collection and bedside testing need to organize testing time in the EMU.
On the Monday of the week of the scheduled Wednesday implant(s), send an email to ecogresearch group listserv to let them know the patient(s) RID and HUP #s as well as the testing schedule; if the patient declined participation or has not yet been approached, send an email to let everyone know.
Do not include initials or any other PHI

Testing times

• • Friday: Neurosurgery: 9am-5pm, Neurosurgery Sleep: 6pm-9pm
  • Monday: CNT testing: 11-1pm, Gottfried Testing: 1pm-4pm
  • Tuesday: Neurosurgery 9am-5pm
